Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication.
- Conduct process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap assessments.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and monitor issues throughout the project.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and communications.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support future-state process definition.
- Lead stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and improvement insights.
- Support development of workflow maps, recommendations, and RFP documentation.
Job Requirements
- Extensive project management experience, ideally in public sector or emergency response environments.
- Strong skills in workflow mapping, process analysis, and gap analysis.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to develop recommendations based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Strong leadership with a focus on quality assurance and timely delivery.
