Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS), Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) has an immediate need for a Senior Project Management Specialist (level 4/5), Programs Operations Chief to support Bombers Programs in Oklahoma City, OK. This position reports to the Vice President of Bombers Programs, who’s responsibilities include; B52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP), B52J Radar Modernization Program (RMP), B1 Weapons Upgrades, AEHF Study & Win Capture Campaign, and Program Management functional leadership for the MS&B division.

The Bombers Programs Operations Chief role requires interfacing and strong collaboration across several critical stakeholders and business partners including; BDS, MS&B, Customers and Suppliers.  Key skills and attributes are:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience editing PowerPoint presentations as needed, as well as adding and presenting data
• 3+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data
• 3+ years of experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting
• 3+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively work to, and meet deadlines

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 4 - $100,300 - $135,700

Level 5 - $123.250 - $166,750
