Acting as a strategic bridge across Network Operations, Supply Chain, Data Center Provisioning, Data Center Infrastructure, Finance, and Legal, you won’t just track deliverables; you’ll drive complex, large-scale deployment plans to completion. You will join our high-impact Program Management Infrastructure team, reporting to the Senior Manager, and have a direct, tangible influence on the growth and success of Fastly’s global infrastructure.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the end-to-end development and execution of build and deployment plans.</li> <li>Lead complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, including new site builds, site augments, and decommissioning efforts.</li> <li>Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Infrastructure Acquisition Managers, Network Operations, Supply Chain, Data Center Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other partners, ensuring clear accountability and successful delivery.</li> <li>Establish and maintain reporting frameworks to provide transparent visibility on deployment timelines, risks, and project health to stakeholders across the organization.</li> <li>Proactively identify critical path bottlenecks, risks, and blockers, escalating issues with data-driven mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Analyze project workflows to identify and implement opportunities for standardizing and automating processes, ensuring faster and more reliable infrastructure delivery.</li> <li>Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of critical hardware
