This role drives delivery across core GTIG functions, including communications, training, documentation, and partner-facing information initiatives.

Blending hands-on program management with portfolio-level oversight, the Senior Program Manager ensures GTIG initiatives are clearly prioritized, effectively tracked in tracking systems, and delivered on schedule. • Proficiency with Jira for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management. Own Jira as a program-level system of record to plan, track, and communicate delivery across multiple teams and complex workstreams.
  • Lead structuring of initiatives, epics, achievements, and dependencies to align cross-functional execution with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor program health and delivery risk using Jira data and trends, surfacing insights and driving informed tradeoff and blocking issue decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex programs that drive organizational change, with proficiency in program management and/or change management frameworks, practices, and collaborator engagement.
  • Strong expertise in managing collaborators, advanced risk mitigation, program structuring, and delivery governance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align collaborators at all levels.
  • Operate independently and proactively in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, with a strong delivery and adoption approach.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with advanced planning capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to build executive-ready reporting.
  • Background in process development, problem solving, and continuous improvement, with a strong track record of elevating delivery models.
  • Creative, self-starting approach with a proactive, delivery-focused, and adoption-aware attitude.
  • Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and advocacy abilities, paired with the perseverance to lead groups through change and uncertainty.
  • Able to communicate and operate effectively at team and leadership level within GTIG.

  • Experience contributing to or building a program management center of excellence within the team.

Key responsibilities & scope for decision making:

  • Coordinate cross-functional groups responsible for the PS Partners information strategy, including communications, training, documentation, and translation, ensuring alignment and delivery across all functions.
  • Build and operationalize coordinated support models that unify these capabilities into a cohesive, high-performing enablement structure that scales with program needs.
