Senior Program Manager

Overview

SilverEdge Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the program, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and organizational goals. Serves as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), maintaining clear communication and accountability. Oversees staffing, onboarding, backfilling, and personnel management to ensure consistent service delivery. Manages program budget, deliverables, and compliance with work standards, timelines, and reporting obligations.

Required Qualifications

• A TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required to support this effort
• Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree
• 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with full program lifecycle from inception to deployment
