About the role

We are inviting you to join the Bing Ads Marketplace Team as a Senior Program Manager. We are team of Program Managers who are responsible for managing the marketplace for multiple publishers. We continuously monitor the performance of each publisher across multiple different aspects like Advertiser, User and monetization to work towards a holistic publisher solution. The team also works in close coordination with the Engineering team to build and ship next generation algorithms. The team is also responsible for managing shipping of new features into the market and evaluating the key metrics and impact around those releases. The team collaborates across other different teams outside Ads Organization as part of One Microsoft.

Responsibilities

In the role of a Program Manager in this team, you will perform the following functions:

You will work closely with the Engineering team on experimentation to evaluate the best package to release to marketplace with the right trade off.
You will be analyzing and continuously monitoring the health of the marketplace and providing some insights into the discrepancy.
You will drive the discussion with the Engineering team addressing the stakeholder needs and improved User impact and come up the with the appropriate deliverables.
You will be advocating the necessary tools support for the Marketplace to have data readily available for review.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience in SQL.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding ABTesting and experimentation metrics.
Prior Experience on Ads.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
