The Senior Program Administrator plays a strategic role within the Program Management Organization, providing high-level administrative leadership and process oversight for Curia’s client program requirements. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving cross-functional scheduling processes and program administration functions to ensure operational readiness. The role requires the ability to independently analyze and prioritize complex workflows, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and make informed decisions that impact program outcomes, resource allocation, and client deliverables. The Senior Program Administrator is expected to exercise sound judgment and discretion in managing competing priorities and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides end-to-end oversight of product and sample shipments, including sales order creation and coordination of invoicing processes.
- Independently initiates and manages purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Owns the initiation and lifecycle management of Change Orders for out-of-scope client activities.
- Develops, maintains, and distributes client dashboards for commercial programs; proactively escalates risks or gaps to internal stakeholders or management.
- Ensures data accuracy and quality across systems and communications, utilizing a high level of attention to detail.
- Prepares agendas, minutes, project schedules, and Gantt timelines using Microsoft Office and Planisware software, supporting transparency and alignment across client projects.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Documentation, and Analytical / Microbial Testing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
- Manages routine, low-to-moderate complexity projects (e.g., product stability programs) with a structured approach, leveraging approved templates and best practices.
- Partners with functional leaders to support capacity planning and resource alignment across programs.
- Identifies and leads continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management function to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Fosters strong cross-departmental collaboration and promotes a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Read/interpret SOPs to ensure compliance
- Maintain up to date trainings

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in bioscience field or related study
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management, customer service, or related role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, strongly preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities, yet it may involve mentoring, guiding, and advising.
Language Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the ability to read and interpret various documents, such as safety instructions, standard operating procedures, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Additionally, they should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation skills.
Mathematical Skills:
Proficient in executing arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measurement, employing whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages. Candidates must possess a strong grasp of algebraic and geometric principles.
