What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Senior Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production of marketing and operational materials for a global travel and leisure brand. You’ll manage schedules, ensure quality, coordinate with vendors, and deliver projects on time and on budget. Working closely with both internal and client teams, you’ll ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly from concept to completion.
This role is based on-site in either Orlando, FL or Miami, FL, with occasional travel to client sites, supplier facilities, and our Chicago headquarters.
A Typical Week Might Include
- Reviewing and updating production schedules to stay ahead of deadlines
- Conducting quality checks and resolving production issues
- Meeting with vendors to align on costs, timing, and supply chain logistics
- Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure project alignment
- Analyzing production performance data and recommending improvements

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in production management, ideally in print production
- Experience with purchasing and negotiating in a manufacturing, client, or agency setting
- Strong understanding of print production processes (pre-press, printing, finishing)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while upholding quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with production software and a quick learner with new tools
- Budget management and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort analyzing production metrics
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
