The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Hazelwood, MO; or Kent, WA.   

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enabling Software Development teams at Boeing supporting six unique product offerings across integrated software development toolchains and single development tools.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the product strategy and roadmap for software development toolchain products, ensuring alignment with business objectives supporting the enterprise

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to define product requirements and prioritize features in accordance with SAFe methodologies

  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new features

  • Engages with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring that user needs are met

  • Oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation

  • Develops and maintains product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes

  • Monitors product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations

  • Facilitates communication and collaboration between teams to ensure successful product delivery in both on-premises and cloud environments

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with modern DevOps tools and practices

  • Experience with ITAR, EAR, and NIST regulations and their compliance requirements

  • Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe

  • Experience with analyzing complex data while making data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification

  • 5+ years of experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS Gov and/or Azure Gov

  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or defense

Summary pay range: $151,300 - $218,500
