Your Impact at Itential:

As our Senior Product Manager, you'll own the complete product lifecycle for our network automation platform. You'll drive product strategy and roadmap decisions that directly influence how enterprises worldwide manage their infrastructure. Working closely with engineering teams, you'll translate complex network challenges from Fortune 500 customers into innovative product solutions that save millions in operational costs. You'll champion the customer voice while launching game-changing features with go-to-market strategies that position Itential as the leader in Infrastructure as Code. This role offers the unique opportunity to define how AI and automation converge in networking, working with cutting-edge technologies including SDN, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

• Network protocols & APIs (REST, NETCONF, SNMP)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their networking services
• Automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code principles and DevOps toolchains

Core Skills We Need: ? 7+ years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise product management (infrastructure, networking, or DevOps tools) ? Deep understanding of network automation challenges - you speak both "network engineer" and "business executive" fluently ? Proven track record launching and scaling enterprise products that customers love ? Experience with cloud networking and modern automation frameworks ? Natural storyteller who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions

• Hands-on background as a network engineer or DevOps practitioner
• Experience with platform/API-first product strategies
