We are looking for someone obsessed with delivering positive outcomes for customers. As a Senior Product Manager at Revinate, you will be the key contributor to a product that reaches hundreds of millions of guests, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel. You are responsible for breaking down complex problems into deliverable steps that drive product development and ultimately Revinate’s success. You will be responsible for owning this product and how you choose to develop it from conception, ideation, and ultimate growth; with a focus on analysis, positioning, packaging, promotion, and deeply tailoring solutions to solve the very real problems our users face each day.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, design and execute on our roadmap. You will drive the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, while facilitating long-term growth. 

What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: Deeply understand the competitive landscape, the industry, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and define the product strategy
  • Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Develop and execute a prioritized product roadmap. Deliver products that impact and drive key metrics aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer feedback 
  • Product Ownership: Responsible for driving product development from ideation to launch, as well as making critical decisions, including sunsetting products and features. Partner with designers and engineering teams to define comprehensive product requirements that balance impact and time-to-market
  • Product Delivery: Obsess over “done”. Define what done is, determine what meets the definition of done end-to-end: from the quality to the performance, market readiness, unit costs, pricing, and communicate the value of what’s being delivered to our teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Communication: Articulate and advocate for the problems you’re solving and the solutions you’re proposing. Communicate key information concisely and effectively to internal and external leadership
  • Customer Focus: Conduct regular customer interviews and obsess over customer data to create solutions that matter
  • Data-Informed Decision-Making: Define and analyze key product metrics, costs, and ROI to drive informed product decisions
  • Team Leadership: Guide junior product managers; cultivate a culture of innovation, data focus, and customer-centricity within the product team

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in software development, preferably with a focus on email/messaging, CRM, marketing software, or hospitality technology. Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and CRM solutions or a keen interest to learn
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background with a track record of delivering products people use and love.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong qualitative and analytical mindset to define, measure, and influence metrics and indicators of success
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate roadmap, priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions to a wide gamut of audiences, including engineering peers, GTM teams, and executives. Ability to align and inspire a group on a common vision and action plan
  • Multi-Faceted: Operate independently, manage ambiguity, and perform under pressure, while leading multiple projects and deadlines
