We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Sales and Consumer Tool technology team. This role is a key driver of our technology strategy, focused on supporting our Sales organization and ensuring that our consumer tools are best-in-class. As the Senior Product Manager of this team, you will be responsible for boosting sales productivity and conversion, creating a frictionless customer experience, and improving internal operational efficiency, all through innovative technology and creative thinking to re-engineer our processes. Responsibilities
- Enable sales productivity and improve conversion rates, including but not limited to working with sales leadership to identify and implement features and tools that empower our Sales team to be more efficient, such as lead scoring, predictive analytics, and automated workflows. You will continuously analyze the sales funnel and customer journey to optimize conversion points and reduce friction in the buying process.
- Ensure our consumer-facing tools deliver a seamless and frictionless customer experience. Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Design, and Engineering teams to create user-friendly communications, streamline processes, and eliminate pain points in the customer journey. Make data-driven improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product roadmap for our Sales and Consumer Tool products. Drive the overall product vision and strategy.
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and supports the Sales and Ops organization. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our products.
- Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Operation, Marketing, Growth, and other Product teams, to ensure alignment on product priorities, goals, and timelines. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and problem-solving.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development by gathering customer and internal team's feedback, as well as using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, taking into account industry trends, competitive landscape, and business goals. Ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact features and improvements.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis. Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Sales and Consumer Tool products. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with technology partners to leverage their services effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully leading and launching Sales support and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master degree in tech is a plus).
- Experience working directly with Sales organizations and a track record of boosting sales conversion
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales support tools
- Experience with Twilio or similar communication, email, and messaging platforms is a plus.
