Procore TechnologiesAbout the role
Job Description
What if you could use your product management skills to develop a product that impacts the way communities’ hospitals, homes, sports stadiums, and schools across the world are built? Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world, and yet it’s also one of the world’s least digitized industries, not to mention one of the most dangerous. That’s why we’re looking for a talented Senior Data Product Manager to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.
As a Senior Data Product Manager on Procore’s Data Intelligence team, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision, creating the roadmap, and prioritizing the execution of our internal-facing, centralized data and analytics portal from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to help us design and develop front-end applications that let our business stakeholders make sense of their data. End-users of this application will be all Procore business users - subject matter experts, decision-makers, and analysts alike - so you will be working with stakeholders from across the enterprise to align everyone on the vision, define requirements, and set priorities. We are looking for a passionate product manager to join the team that is building this new internal data experience to make interacting with key business data fast, simple, and painless for Procorians.
The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about applying product management best practices to the development of data products. You are energized by the opportunity to build a brand new experience for internal business users. You will bring your expertise in strategy and roadmapping and a commitment to user experience. You have honed your communication skills working with designers, stakeholders and engineers.
This position will report to our Director, Data Intelligence and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters, Austin, TX office, or work remotely from any US location. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Gain a deep understanding of end-user needs and experience (internal Procore data consumers), identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow adoption and improve user experience
Work closely with our agile, technical data team (engineers, developers, analysts, data scientists) to deliver product features with quick time-to-deployment and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with program team, the data intelligence and engineering teams, executives, and end user team members
Set and achieve success metrics to meaningfully improve business results, focusing on what success looks like for our internal data consumers and how accessible intelligence could help them achieve their goals
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, adoption, and buy-in
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in product management, preferably with experience building internal data and analytics products
Strong understanding of foundational data and analytics concepts, with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative solutions
Experience working with data teams (data engineers, data scientists, software developers, data analysts, etc.), product designers, business stakeholders and end-users
Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams and working with Agile software development tools such as Jira
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams with diverse skill sets with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
