Job Description
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area (SF or South Bay) or New York.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Sales Solutions team drives revenue growth for our customers with our flagship product, Sales Navigator. Sales Navigator is the best way for sales professionals to find the people they need to know, build relationships, and show up highly prepared for every engagement. We are looking for a seasoned PM to scale engagement on Sales Navigator across our enterprise users, by shipping clear, intuitive and valuable experiences in Sales Navigator. In success, you will work with other PMs to help millions of sales professionals on LinkedIn successfully use Sales Navigator, and as a result drive growth in the business. You will empower a diverse team to bring big, ambitious ideas to life!
Key responsibilities:
Learn about the needs and challenges novice users encounter in using Sales Navigator, and identify the most valuable problems to be solved
Set the vision, strategy and roadmap to drive adoption and engagement for the Sales Navigator, in partnership with your cross functional teams
Balance speed of learning with quality and scalability, and bring clarity to evaluating learnings from experiments
Empower and motivate a diverse cross-functional team across design, engineering, product marketing, and data, as well as other product teams across LinkedIn
Clearly communicate learnings to our users and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product management, with a demonstrated ability to build intuitive, valuable products; bonus points for demonstrated experience making the complex things simple
Strong analytical skills and aptitude for design
Energetic, solution-oriented mindset in the face of challenges
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse, cross-functional teams, bringing resourcefulness and grit
Team player with a growth mindset, driven to make an impact
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, bringing clarity amidst noise

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $146,000-$238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
