Your Responsibilities

 

As a Senior Precision Construction Specialist for John Deere Construction located in IL/IN/OH/MN, you will:

 

• Lead the John Deere C&F Dealers in the sale and support of SmartGrade and related Technology solutions for Construction Products.
• Drive dealer engagement in the grade control business by providing grade management expertise and SmartGrade™ Sales support.
• Promote the Deere technology portfolio, track dealer engagement metrics, and drive sales of technology solutions.
• Support on-site SmartGrade training to Dealers and Customers.
• Collaborate with development teams on customer validation of new products and continuous improvement updates

What Skills You Need

 

• Experience with Grade Control or GNSS technology (development, deployment, training, or support) or construction technology
• Experience collaborating with and supporting dealers/distributors
• Experience with Trimble Grade control Technolgies
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to influence without authority
• Presentation and/or training experience
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or Business
