Senior Platform Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with experience building and operating hybrid-infrastructure developer platforms (private and commercial cloud infrastructure). The engineer will utilize prior experience deploying Kubernetes in multiple ways and supporting automation of platform management at enterprise scale. The engineer shall have experience developing platform APIs that make common software operations scalable and repeatable. The engineer will feel comfortable maintaining the underlying services required to host containerized applications. The engineer will possess effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams building and developing containerized services deployed in production on orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Mesos
• 3+ years of experience developing containerized services deployed in production on orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, etc
• 3+ years of experience with agile and lean software development philosophies
• 3+ years of experience building production services using Cloud Infrastructure Providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Lifecycle Management Operations and Controls. Resume demonstrates deep understanding of modern microservices architectures, design patterns, resiliency techniques, and optimizations
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent industry experience
• US Citizenship and clearable to a DoD Secret security clearance or higher

This position is located at Hanscom AFB. Compensation is estimated to be between $140,000.00 - $170.000.00 commensurate on experience.
