Senior Operations Manager - ICQA - DC West

Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager - ICQA will support the ICQA team across multiple DC’s, maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards across the supply chain network. This role will assist in the development and implementation of inventory control processes and quality assurance programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization. This is an on-site role, requiring close collaboration with building operations, store operations and other cross-functional partners.

A day in the life…

• Assist in the execution of inventory control and quality assurance strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of best practices for inventory controls and quality assurance programs.
• Conduct cycle counts, unit adjustments, and quality process audits.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy from distribution centers to stores and customers.
• Assist in resolving inventory imbalances between WMS and RMS.
• Collaborate with site operations teams to monitor aged, excess, obsolete, and expired inventory.
• Support internal and external audit processes to ensure inventory verification and completeness.
• Act as a key cross-functional partner with building operations to drive operational efficiency.
• Serve as a highly visible leader within the organization, demonstrating a high degree of curiosity and understanding of downstream impacts of processes on the broader supply chain network and customer experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in inventory control and quality assurance.
• Support an atmosphere of continuous improvement and rigor, evolving to improve building outputs while striking the right balance between speed and accuracy.

You own this if you have…

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, retail operations, inventory integrity, or quality assurance.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems such as Manhattan WMS, High Jump, or Oracle (preferred).
• A high degree of curiosity and the ability to understand and articulate the downstream impacts of processes on the broader supply chain network and customer experience.
• Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities to grow within the role.
• Commitment to supporting continuous improvement and balancing speed and accuracy in operations.
• Ability to travel 25% across multiple sites

Pay Range Details

California: $102,500 - $170,500 USD Annual
