Position Overview

Support portfolio operations by maintaining loan data, reconciling cash flows, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and close processes.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations, including loan onboarding, reporting systems configuration, and ongoing lifecycle maintenance.

• Track and reconcile interest payments, principal collections, and fees using Allvue, including reconciliation to accounting ledgers, and support the development of portfolio operations dashboards.

• Own the ongoing maintenance of the security master and loan data tape.

• Monitor covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and payment timelines. Inform deal teams of potential deviations, including missed payments.

• Maintain credit documentation, compliance checklists, and controls in support of SOX and internal policies.

• Partner with internal reporting and accounting teams to support ongoing data workflows.

• Perform cash flow reconciliation and variance analysis across reporting systems.

• Assist with period-end close processes and time-sensitive report building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with private credit platforms such as Oxane, Setpoint, AlterDomus, Allvue, or similar systems.

• Intermediate Excel skills required

• Experience using Power Query, SQL, and reporting automation tools is a strong plus.

• Strong operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and drive tasks to completion.

Annual base salary gross: $80,000 - $100,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees.
