Senior Military Analyst

BMA is seeking a Senior Military Analyst to join our team at Fort Leavenworth, KS. 

Job Summary 

• Provides doctrine development support, training development support, or DOTMLPF-P integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) for the Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF).

• Works as a member of high performance team to provide quality services and deliverables to the customer. 

• Execute one or a combination of the following:

               o    Review, revise, and develop course curricula and training products for the Multi-Domain Task Force 

               o    Develop doctrine and inform doctrinal products related to MDTF

               o    Provide analytical support to integrate and synchronize Army MDTF capabilities and capacity across the DOTMLPF-P domains

Clearance Requirements

There is a Secret Security clearance requirement for this position. 

Required Skills & Certifications 

• Have a background in Multi-Domain operations.

• Have background in Army or Joint targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires and Effects operations.

• Have 5+ years of military experience with the knowledge of doctrinal, training, and educational development processes.

• Have 3+ years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel.
