Position Overview

 

Rectangle Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Content and Interactive Multimedia who will be focused on developing, implementing, and managing digital content such as live and on-demand webinars and podcasts, across various platforms including owned and third-party platforms. This position involves developing and overseeing content creation, ensuring quality and consistency in brand and messaging, executing flawlessly, and optimizing engagement across digital channels. The Senior Marketing Manager will also lead the company’s social media strategy and assist with other content-related projects as they arise, i.e. speaking engagements, website updates, simple creative assets.

Primary Job Duties:

• Developing and implementing content strategies that align with overall business goals and target audience needs. 
• Creating and overseeing the creation and management of various content formats, including text, images, videos, webinars, podcasts, and other interactive elements. 
• Ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. 
• Tracking content performance metrics, analyzing data, and making adjustments to improve engagement and effectiveness. 
• Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure content aligns with various initiatives and desired business outcomes. 
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content and interactive media. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in content creation or a related field. This includes experience in areas like writing, editing, visual design, video production, or project management. 
• Proven experience hosting and hosting and leading engaging virtual conversations via webinars and podcasts.
• Proficiency in creating and managing different types of content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. 
• Proficiency in digital tools and content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, analytics tools, and design software. Zoom Webinar, Sprout Social, Hubspot, WordPress, and Canva experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments. 
• Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals. 
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
