About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting you will be an integral leader on our Recruiting team who ensures that our Technology and Product functions at Stitch Fix recruit world-class talent to build the future of Stitch Fix. This collaborative leader will define and execute technical recruiting strategies alongside Company leaders and serve as the primary executive recruiter for Technology leadership searches. Leading a team to drive fair and equitable recruitment strategies, this role will deliver significant impact for bringing in the right talent to lead the Company’s technical innovation and growth. This is a remote-eligible people management position that will report to Stitch Fix’s Director of Corporate and Technical Recruiting.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Advise senior-level hiring leaders to define their hiring needs, design sourcing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, and ensure we are executing hiring processes and strategies aligned to both business needs and our company and hiring values.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to hire) for senior level and executive roles on the Product and Technical teams, building out best practices for leadership hiring.
• Coach, develop, and mentor an experienced team of technical recruiters
• Bring a data driven lens to analyze recruiting effectiveness and make and implement recommendations to drive continuous improvement of our recruiting processes and practices. 
• Create and track key measures of success in order to provide regular recruiting progress updates both within the Recruiting team and to your business partners. 
• Partner with Tech and Product function leadership, HR business partners and other relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges, build creative, equitable and fair recruitment strategies and practices.
• Bring insights about external market dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies that impact recruitment strategies to ensure the team helps position Stitch Fix competitively in the marketplace.

We’re excited about you because you…

• Bring 5+ yrs of relevant technical and executive recruitment experience, including 2+ years of experience managing teams.
• Bring executive recruiting experience for senior leadership positions (VP or C-suite) with a demonstrated ability to thoughtfully influence Company leaders through leveraging insights and data.
• Have a strong track record as a full cycle in-house recruiter across multiple Tech and Product functions within a fast-paced e-commerce, retail, or Tech company.
• Show up as an inclusive leader and people manager who has led teams of experienced tech recruiters with a high degree of success.
• Are a creative, analytical and critical thinker who can navigate complex recruiting scenarios and thrives in providing direction amidst ambiguity. 
• Are proactive and solutions-oriented in solving problems at a systems level, while also supporting your team to address day to day roadblocks. 
• Possess strong project management skill sets with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Are an expert communicator (both verbally and written) and can lead alignment across multiple stakeholders.
