SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for the execution and ongoing effectiveness of Integra’s enterprise talent development, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
Working in close partnership with the Global Head of Talent & Culture & key HR and business stakeholders, this role supports the design and evolution of talent review and development frameworks and is accountable for high‑quality execution, facilitation, leader readiness, and process integrity. This is a hybrid, full-time role with a strong preference for being based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters or co located at one of Integra LifeSciences’ sites. Regular on-site presence is expected to enable effective partnership and team leadership. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to support collaboration across time zones.
