The Senior Manager, Site Controller leads the site Finance Department and acts as a key member of the senior management team. This role provides financial leadership, supports decision making, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and drives performance through strong financial planning, control, and reporting. The Site Controller partners with operations and leadership to deliver business objectives.

This is a hybrid role based in Winston-Salem, NC. Position requires a high level of onsite presence weekly.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive improvement and accountability across the operation

  • Work closely with the value stream lead to ensure transparency in all financial reporting

  • Consolidate and prepare monthly financials, journal entries, latest forecasts, annual and long range financial plans for Value Stream and site leadership.

  • Reviews financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) for accuracy

  • Perform variance analysis and communicate results to finance and value stream leadership.

  • Support quarterly/annual/ad hoc management reporting packages as needed.

  • Be a key business partner, to Site and Value Stream leadership and work as part of a cross functional team.

  • Champion process improvements and standard work documentation to streamline and create efficiencies.

  • Provide ad hoc support, analysis, business cases and guidance to cross functional teams as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

  • Experience in people leadership (including, but not limited to, performance management, talent development, engagement etc.)

  • Accounting and finance experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • CPA/CMA certification

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and plant operations

  • Experience in FP&A with demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships within all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of US GAAP

  • Proficiency in ERP system (SAP preferred) and experience with OneStream

  • Advanced excel skills, Microsoft Office suite of products
