Under the direction of the Executive Director Quality, this position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the ministry quality improvement program. This role provides leadership in advancing clinical and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality accreditation and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
This position exercises autonomous and independent judgment and discretion with agreed upon limitations to take actions needed to achieve success by using their education, experience, and knowledge to make decision. They serve as a key liaison between Quality Improvement, core leaders, caregivers, and system teams. The Senior Manager position provides specialized guidance and tools to train, oversee, mentor and coach managers and supervisors in the work they are responsible for.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business or equivalent educ/experience
- 6 years of leadership experience
- 8 years of experience in Quality Improvement and HEDIS measures
- 2 years of Management/leadership experience managing people and/or teams.
- 8 years of Experience in Quality Improvement.
- Demonstrated track record in performance excellence, including knowledge of methodology and tools.
- Strong coordination, organization, direction, and facilitation experience, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects for a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in planning, facilitating teams to a common vision and developing strategies and plans to accomplish objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Health Science
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification
- CPHQ certification
