The Senior Manager blends deep technical expertise in network architecture, cloud networking (AWS), and cybersecurity with hands-on people management to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity across all production and corporate sites. This role serves as the principal authority on network and security, working cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to align network capabilities with manufacturing operational goals.</p> </div> </div> <div> <h3>What You'll Do:</h3> <ul> <li>Leadership, Team and Vendor Management <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of network and security engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.</li> <li>Set team priorities, manage workloads, and ensure 24/7 operational coverage through on-call rotations and escalation protocols.</li> <li>Manage external vendors, holding all parties accountable to defined SLAs, quality standards, and outcomes.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Network Architecture and Design <ul> <li>Own end-to-end enterprise network architecture, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and OT/IT segmentation.</li> <li>Architect scalable, high-availability solutions supporting manufacturing operations, IoT devices, and enterprise applications.</li> <li>Lead routing and switching design (BGP, OSPF, VLAN segmentation, QoS) and manage equipment lifecycle.</li> <li>Maintain network architecture diagrams, standards documentatio
