As a Senior Manager, Sourcing, on the Corporate Development team, you’ll lead EFE’s efforts to identify attractive acquisition targets, build relationships with and articulate EFE’s value proposition to the ownership team of acquisition targets, and ultimately convince the acquisition target to be acquired by EFE. We are looking for someone who has strong relationships in the wealth management space, with a focus on business development. If you enjoy a fast-paced, and impactful role in one of the key growth initiatives for a company, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead EFE’s business development efforts for EFE’s prospective acquisition targets
  • Build and manage relationships with acquisition targets to communicate EFE’s value proposition to the ownership, staff and client base, and understand the acquisition target’s business operations and decision criteria that they are evaluating when making a decision for potential transactions
  • Increase EFE’s acquisition volume by helping EFE sign LOIs with prospective acquisition targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a required field or the equivalent in work experience
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience with business development in the wealth management space
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
