Senior Manager

The Senior Manager leads large-scale workstreams for financial improvement, audit remediation, and internal controls initiatives. This role focuses on delivering results across financial reporting, ERP transformation, and enterprise risk management while supporting the program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-level project teams and ensure delivery of task order objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve audit readiness and internal control compliance.
- Advise Army leadership on policy improvements and audit remediation planning.
- Support modernization and integration of ERP systems including GFEBS, LMP, and GCSS-Army.
- Mentor team leads and provide quality assurance on deliverables.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- One of the following active certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA, CGFM, CDFM, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal financial management, including at least 4 years in Federal accounting.
- Knowledge of FASAB standards, GAGAS, and Army financial operations.
- Experience with large-scale federal financial systems and program management. - Minimum Interim Secret Clearance is required. - US Citizenship is required.Apply for this role
