Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Procurement and Enterprise Asset Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and SAP PM, with a deep understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and enterprise asset management.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies for Global Procurement and EAM aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead a team of Procurement and EAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Procurement Management:
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
EAM Implementation and Optimization:
- Drive the implementation and enhancement of SAP PM for effective asset maintenance and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset lifecycle processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to understand their requirements and align procurement and EAM strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement.
SAP Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and SAP PM modules.
- Provide guidance on system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure procurement and EAM effectiveness.
- Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Global Procurement. Additionally, EAM experience is highly preferred.
- Currently or recently in a senior managerial role focused on Global Procurement with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and SAP PM modules, including configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain processes, and enterprise asset management principles.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Certifications in SAP modules or procurement/asset management fields preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
