How will you make an impact in this role?

This newly created position will play a critical role to own and manage GNS wide Business Operations activities, particularly relating to Governance, Remediation & Reporting.

This role is part of a newly built high profile, fast paced and business critical team which will be focused on ensuring a strong risk management environment within GNS.

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, GNS Business Operations and will work across GNS teams across geographies leading a range of high impact initiatives and ongoing risk management and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in coordinating the preparation for GNS Deal Council and GNS Risks Management Forum

• Lead the reporting and monitoring of open OREs and Issues across GNS

• Identify root causes of risk events; launch and lead initiatives to address identified root causes

• Own and manage GNS partner inventory ensuring accurate and up-to-date information with strong data governance

• Project manage GNS efforts in relevant audit and regulatory engagements, as needed

• Help drive awareness, consistency and standardization across GNS teams on the above-mentioned processes

• Support and collaborate in any additional GNS Business Operations key initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience with ability to influence and drive change

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking

• Proven ability to understand complex end to end processes

• Output oriented mindset and working well under pressure to execute at pace

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior management & creating compelling messaging to drive change

• Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders of all levels

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to re-focus according to business wide strategic priorities

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, control management or internal audit

• Bachelor's Degree required

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
