We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our rapidly growing finance team.  In this high visibility role, you will be responsible for data strategy and integration across our financial systems.  This role will report to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.  You will partner with finance and business leaders to streamline data across systems and help improve our analytic and decision-making capabilities as well as support ongoing financial reporting.  We are looking for individuals that know how to collaborate across functions to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

You Will:

  • Provide support for the existing Anaplan platform to include architecture, design, maintenance, security access and ongoing enhancements.  
  • As a Team Member to the Anaplan Administrator, you will Partner with business leads to support new business objectives and initiatives by understanding requirements and converting use cases into Anaplan models.  
  • You will develop model enhancements to further improve existing Anaplan models and collaborate with the data integration team to establish data connections for new Anaplan reports, provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models, improve processes for both new and existing projects and perform ad-hoc analysis for departmental initiatives.
  • This Datavant Team Member will also provide cross-functional support to the Director of FP&A Enterprise Reporting, Data & Financial Systems who will be responsible for Integrated analytics across systems, Dashboards, KPI’s and Metrics analysis, Financial Systems integration (metadata governance, etc.).  
  • This position will need to be cognizant of ensuring that excellence is maintained within both teams.

What you will bring to the table:

  • At least 10 years of progressive finance and/or systems-related experience.
  • Experience with Anaplan and other financial reporting tools as well as development of financial and operational dashboards.     
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work effectively cross functionally as well as strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and fully remote environment
  • Strong process improvement skills, with a proven track record of building out world class finance organizations and processes.
  • Ability to proactively seek out opportunities to analyze business problems, make recommendations, and translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • General understanding of corporate finance and working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, information systems, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
