Job Description

The Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Operations enables and manages the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s E&C operational framework. This role oversees compliance operations, training, analytics, audits, communications and program governance, applying strong project management and data-driven insights to ensure audit readiness and scalable compliance programs across the organization. The Senior Manager of E&C Operations will be an integral member of the E&C function in the Legal Department and will report to the Senior Director of E&C Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enable compliance operations across E&C programs, including governance, analytics, training, communications and audit support.
  • Manage operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, vendor oversight, and contract management for compliance-related activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for compliance training initiatives and program evaluations, including scoping, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage relationship with Learning Management System (LMS) owners, including technical testing of course files, tracking of employee training completion, develop and maintain training reports and statistics governance, data integrity, reporting, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and oversee online and instructor-led training programs, ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and global scalability.
  • Design, maintain, and oversee compliance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to monitor risk, performance, and program effectiveness.
  • Execute program evaluations, perceptions survey, external certifications and risk assessments by coordinating documentation, data, testing, and remediation tracking.
  • Maintain compliance governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, controls documentation, and evidence management to ensure audit readiness.
  • Monitor, respond/redirect to employee questions, requests, and reports.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies to support E&C awareness initiatives (e.g., campaigns, risk alerts, policy updates).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support integration and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, Audit Committee, and Board stakeholders.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of experience in legal or ethics and compliance operations, risk management, or internal audit, or related field preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including reporting and training data governance with working knowledge of modern learning and content development tools (e.g. Mindsmith, Synthesia, etc.).
  • Experience in data analytics, metrics development, dashboards, and executive reporting. Data visualization and experience with analytics tools (e.g. Power BI and Python) for data analysis or reporting is a strong advantage.
  • Proven project management experience, managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Proven people management and development experience, managing cross functional and global teams
  • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and contract oversight.
