Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the strategic planning, oversight, production, branding, rollout, and maintenance of curriculum design and development. Contributes to the field operations organization's intellectual capital and ensures curriculum drives business and behavioral objectives. Manages a team responsible for developing learning content in a variety of contexts and mediums.
• Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

How You’ll Do It

• Drives overall curriculum design strategy to meet field operations business objectives. Provides cost effective options to meet all business training and development needs. Analyzes trends from evaluations and reactions and pursues opportunities to enhance design effectiveness. Reviews adult learning philosophies and approaches.
• Establishes and manages curriculum design processes. Translates conceptualized technical concepts into organized communications, courses, and learning programs. Develops courses and learning programs which appeal to all adult learning styles through the use of self-study, e-learning, classroom, and blended learning options. Measures program performance.
• Manages a team including coaching, providing feedback, supporting development, evaluation performance, and rewarding performance.
• Manages and leverages resources to support the business' learning content. Oversees budget decisions.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

• Bachelors Degree in Education or Business
• In lieu of education, 8+ years of relevant work experience, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to influence change.
• In lieu of education, 8+ years of demonstrated success in training environment that focuses on successful curriculum design targeted for customer facing and supporting personnel that encompasses adult learning methodology.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to influence change.
• 6+ years of demonstrated success in training environment that focuses on successful curriculum design targeted for customer facing and supporting personnel that encompasses adult learning methodology.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Masters Degree in Education
• Masters Degree in Business
• Degree in instructional or curriculum design

*Any hires in the Chicagoland area will be subject to hybrid work arrangements.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,500.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
