The Senior Manager, Creative Production will help lead Production across NAOU to deliver against The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) Production objectives for various Mediums including Digital, Social, Film Print/OOH, radio, Direct to Talent, etc.  This role will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Marketing, Legal and Marketing Finance, to implement a disciplined approach to Production and creative consistency/effectiveness. An entrepreneurial mind-set is key, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress and unpredictable environment. 

 

Function Specific Activities

  • Provide oversight of the creative development, planning and production of content across Coca-Cola’s portfolio of brands including film production, branded entertainment, digital and interactive content, print, experiential, social, and OOH. 

  •  Partner with internal content teams, brand teams, and external Ad Agencies to review creative, to determine production feasibility from both a technical and financial standpoint.  Requires expert level ability to map out timelines and ballpark budgets based on reviewing a script or creative idea      

  • Lead end to end production/execution for all mediums  

  • Lead in-house or direct to talent production projects.  Including but not limited to; finding directors, photographers, editors, music houses, etc.  Negotiating budgets, setting timelines, and overseeing end -to -end content creation from a production, financial, and creative standpoint. 

  • Formulate innovative and agile content production models which include leveraging media partnerships, working directly with content creators and influencers, production companies and with Coca-Cola’s internal ad agency to deliver excellence in content 

  • Lead Production integration and continuity of creative assets/production for Social Center and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications). 

  • Responsible for stewardship of the creative idea while filming and in production, as well as the costs relating the project.  Ability to negotiate, manage and mitigate any cost changes that may arise while on set.  Ability to ensure while on set continuity of the story, appropriate product handling and representation, as well as quality control of the creative idea.  

  • Lead capabilities assessments of Production Partners process across teams. Share and apply knowledge of best-in-class industry production and innovation. 

  • Lead implementation of Production On-Boarding 

 

Education and Professional Experience Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 10 or more years of experience required, to include previous agency production experience 

 

Related Work Experiences/Duties of role: 

  • Ability to provide expert level point of view regarding Production approach and execution to cross-functional stakeholders which influences and/or directly impacts the business and influences the decision making of internal teams, Senior Management and other key internal or external partners.

  • Ability to provide expert level knowledge of budget analysis, management, forecasting and reconciliation as well as cost negotiation and analysis of Ad Production spend. 

  • Ability to serve as an external spokesperson relating to production approach and production spend. 

  • Ability to lead and influence peers and business partners through complex contracts and day-to-day operations. 

  • Ability to develop and lead process re-engineering across multiple disciplines. 

 

Technical/Functional Skills: 

  • Expert level knowledge of all facets of production development and execution of multiple mediums including Digital, Social, Broadcast (TV/Radio), Print (OOH/POS, etc.).
