As the Senior Manager Corporate FP&amp;A, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis for our company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive financial performance.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models and systems, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review cycle, and long-term planning</li> <li>Champion the Corporate FP&amp;A process and systems roadmap including the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide FP&amp;A processes, cadences, and systems to increase FP&amp;A efficiency and effectiveness</li> <li>Support business development and capital markets (e.g, warehouse financings, M&amp;A, capital raises)</li> <li>Coordinate with Business Unit finance to:</li> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance</li> <li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and analysis</li> <li>Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement and cost savings</li> <li>Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments</li> <li>Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership as needed</li> </ul> <li>Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li> <li>Prepare materials for the board and investors</li> <li>Oversee staff of one (and more as we grow)</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred</li> <li>3+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, with 7+ years of total experience including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development</li> <li>History of navigat
