A Brief Overview
The position leads customer communications as part of the corporate communications team and responsible for delivering messaging and campaigns aligned with the brand and strategic business goals. The position will create an internal and executive communications infrastructure to support the business keeping the customer top of mind.

What you will do
- Leads team members and/or projects and execution of compelling, strategic customer communications for internal and external audiences; develop strategic, targeted, and impactful communication that will inform and inspire
- Directs writing and content development that captures the company voice in a genuine, engaging way
- Oversees customer communications delivery through a variety of mediums, including print, digital, video, and live events, working with appropriate partners internally, and external vendors
- Collaborates effectively across functions and teams, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, business leads, legal, finance, operations, etc. to gain insights on communication from subject matter experts
- Leads the measurement and analysis of communication metrics to inform senior leadership decision-making and drive continuous program improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years relevant experience
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence, including in the face of ambiguity, multiple deadlines, and emerging challenges and priorities
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated issues in clear, concise communications
- Experience overseeing communications that drive employee engagement, employee experience and executive thought leadership
- Skilled in developing and carrying out strategic communications plans, including aligning goals across different departments, and translating complex topics into clear language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design and photo editing programs

The salary range for this role is $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX (Zone 3 Min to Zone 1 highest). The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
