Senior Manager - Cocktails

Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Cocktails for Wynn Las Vegas, this position will be in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Cocktails Service.  The main focal of this role is as follows: 

• Overseeing the individual outlets of cocktail services in bars, lounges and the casino floor by achieving the customer service goals and ensuring high standards through each venue. 
• Responsible for ensuring that all cocktail outlets meet the regulatory Health Department standards for cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Scheduling, training and evaluating cocktail services staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. 

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 
• Requires a minimum of 1 year work experience as a Senior Beverage Manager in a high-volume, fast paced, luxury environment. 
• Candidate must exhibit advanced service, beverage and cocktail knowledge. 
• Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred. 
• Candidate must be able to lead and work self-managed. 
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. 
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above. 
• Requires valid documentation of the following work cards: Alcohol Awareness card; Health card
