About the Role:

You will be on the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team reporting to our Director, FP&A. As the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, you are passionate about data infrastructure, systems and tools. You will support the FP&A team in building best in class finance tools, streamlining processes, and driving automation. You are passionate about data visualization and supporting management in making strategic financial decisions for the company.

You'll accomplish this by partnering closely with the Finance team and business stakeholders to drive decisions. Your important work will directly impact how we operate as a business to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.

This role is located in Seattle, WA.

You Will:

• Configure and maintain our FP&A reporting and forecasting tools, starting with Adaptive, to meet the needs of internal stakeholders, including upstream and downstream integrations with other tools and data sources
• Create and maintain data harmony across multiple systems and sources, build and monitor system checks to ensure data accuracy. Identify and Investigate data discrepancies, help manage data integrity
• Assist in setting up allocations/calculations, forecast models and scenario planning within Adaptive
• Build effective, repeatable and scalable dashboards which drive transparency into financial performance and non-financial KPIs
• Design and implement improvements to streamline processes and drive automation, working across teams to systematically identify areas of opportunity to reduce manual tasks

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data science in a fast-paced company
• Proven experience implementing finance tools and automating processes.
• Experience integrating systems with Adaptive to others such as NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, and others
• Progressive ERP experience, proficiency in SQL and ETL
• Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python)
• Strong background working with P2P suites and HR tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Sisense/Periscope) with strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs
• Deep expertise in Tech industry financial processes and designing systems to scale
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners
• Experience with data modeling
• Experience explaining data-driven decisions to team members and leadership of both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems or related field, Masters a plus
