In addition to a portfolio of discovery-stage ADCs, our pipeline includes AL102, a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors, as well as IM-1021, a ROR1 ADC, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, both of which are the subject of INDs expected to be submitted in the first quarter of 2025.
Position Overview
The Sr. Manager / Associate Director is responsible for meeting Immunome’s product supply requirements by designing and supporting the implementation of supply strategies for one or more programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage the end-to-end product supply strategy for an assigned program or set of programs, encompassing production schedules and volumes, inventory allocation and maintenance, product release schedules, and delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional CMC teams, virtual (plant) management teams, and other forums to communicate supply plans. Participate in or lead formal supply review meetings (e.g., Sales & Operations Planning meetings, S&OP).
- Serve as the key resource for sensitivity analyses and scenario planning. Develop and present clear analyses highlighting the impacts of each scenario.
- Proactively identify demand and supply challenges, develop contingencies, and advise on strategies to ensure stable, uninterrupted product supply. Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to swiftly resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making related to supply risk mitigation, long-range planning, and the integration of product lifecycle changes into the supply chain.
- Support the transition of products from late stage to commercialization, including launch planning.
Other Responsibilities and Projects
- Develop collaborative relationships with external suppliers (CDMOs). Issue supply forecasts and purchase orders per contractual terms. Assist in negotiations related to schedule changes, CDMO impacting risk mitigations, etc.
- Inventory owner for assigned programs. Ensure CDMOs report inventories per schedule. Support internal financial audits.
- Contribute to the development, tracking, and review of key performance indicators, assessing internal and external performance, and implementing improvement measures.
- Assist with the development of supply chain business systems, including system enhancements and enterprise-wise rollouts.
This is an individual contributor role. Depending on the business need, and organizational considerations, this role may include staff supervisory responsibly as the product portfolio and manufacturing network expand.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in supply chain management, or sciences.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years of industry experience and 5+ years supply chain management.
Knowledge and Skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing supply chain activities. Experience with both clinical and commercial programs is desired.
- Must be familiar with GMP Quality systems and experienced with change planning and change controls.
- Hands-on experience and competency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). ERP system implementation and validation experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; must adapt swiftly with focus on delivering to the business needs as priorities change.
Occasional travel may be required as well as evening and/or weekend commitment.

Salary range
$155,000 - $186,000
