About the role:
Are you an experienced Knowledge Management (KM) professional with a passion for technology and a desire to shape the future of our rapidly growing Support organization? We are in search of a tech-savvy Senior KM Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and executing a technology-centric KM framework for our Global Support organization.
As the Senior KM Specialist, you will elevate our roadmap to new heights, manage multiple KM-focused projects, and lead a small team of KM specialists. Additionally, you will play a vital role in educating and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing throughout the broader organization.

In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of the KM roadmap and actively manage the completion of projects within the roadmap.You will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and successful delivery.
- Develop, implement, and own KM processes and standards
- Lead multiple KM-based projects
- Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate KM effectiveness and regularly communicate results and opportunities to the organization.
- Identify and implement enhancements in our KM processes and technology, guided by KM KPIs.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of KM experience, with a solid foundation in self-service chatbots and AI platforms, dynamic troubleshooting workflows, and KM analytics and KPIs.
- Proficient in project and program management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing or mentoring a small team, facilitating their development and alignment with organizational goals.
- Proficient in one or more CMS or KMS system
