Impact you will make
The Senior Privacy Analyst, IT Auditor will assist with the day-to-day activities related to the company’s audit and assessment programs (SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, HITRUST, etc.) with oversight from the Manager, IT Audit.

What you will do
• Assist with the company’s audit and assessment programs (SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, HITRUST, etc.) with oversight from the Manager, IT Audit, which includes the following activities:
◦ Control testing, review control testing performed by others
◦ Coordination with external auditors
◦ Providing guidance to control and process owners
◦ Monitoring and reporting on remediation efforts
• Assist in facilitating periodic risk assessments, audits and gap analyses as needed with oversight from the Manager, IT Audit
• Assist with the documentation of standard processes, data flows, and enterprise-wide control requirements for IT/Security
• Assist with the coordination for external audits or assessments
• Gains significant understanding of the Company’s products and relevant processes in order to assist with identification of risk or compliance concerns and/or to evaluate controls
• Manage and train direct report(s) to assist with the company’s audit and assessment programs
• Performs various other duties or special projects as requested based on department objectives

What you will bring
• 2+ years’ experience in IT audit or IT compliance
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SOC audits, HITRUST certification or similar IT audits
• Demonstrated ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

What we would like to see
• Prior experience in healthcare and knowledge of HIPAA
• Professional certification or willingness to obtain (e.g. CISA, CISSP, GSNA or similar)
