You will work directly with tier-1 chipset manufacturers and network operators to meet their testing and certification requirements.

What you will do

  • Conduct root cause analysis using traffic tracing and protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark to examine live traffic, signaling flows, and simulated data for standards compliance and performance evaluation.
  • Support the deployment, upgrade, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting of Radio Access Network (RAN) and New Radio (NR) systems.
  • Provide technical support to testing teams during lab execution by troubleshooting 4G and 5G RAN connectivity scenarios to validate customer features, services, and network functionalities.

Location: Plano, Texas.  No relocation or sponsorship offered for this role.
