Job Description

• You will be joining our Institutional Innovation team to provide leadership and technical support. 

• You will work within the team to identify and explore innovative solutions to solve specific customer needs in the cleaning and hygiene industry.

• You will work within a team and explore a variety of innovation areas including sustainable solutions.

• You will communicate to stakeholders regularly by sharing information, creating technical reports, delivering presentations and provide input to road mapping.

• You will develop understanding of hygiene products including formulation, performance and efficacy tests, and the current regulations governing their use.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years’ experience with the innovation field with a Masters or PhD in Chemistry.

• You have a proven track record of product formulations development with bench experience. 

• You have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience – demonstrated record of cross functional communication and results.
