The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Information Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. You will lead projects related to EHS and Product Stewardship systems to ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with compliance experts to develop and enhance systems solutions and coordinate with IT teams to turn regulations into complete systems.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Lead projects to enhance systems to promote compliance in the EHS and Product Stewardship Space.
  • Collaborate with EHS and Product Stewardship teams to implement solutions and provide data driven recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to implement software enhancements and upgrades.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications for projects and ensure users are well informed of changes.
  • Manage users requests and drive requirements for regulatory compliance projects, system enhancements, and reporting needs.
  • Analyze data anomalies, investigate potential data errors, and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address system-related issues, including data mapping, system performance, and upcoming projects.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in Compliance and Data management leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of Project Management, Data and Reporting management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Technology / Information Systems Management preferred
  • Data Management and Reporting Experience
  • Project Management Experience leading systems related projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience with reporting and database tools
  • Proven ability to develop and exercise project plans with minimal supervision
  • A quick learner, detail oriented, organized, strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams, functions and organizations

Work location:

  • Hybrid based in St. Paul, MN

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not available
