Senior HVAC Refrigeration Technician Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

Senior HVAC Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities:
- Works on refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, rack systems, ice machines, A/C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, and more.
- Leads teams on refrigeration projects
- Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Senior HVAC Refrigeration Technician Qualifications:
- 3 + years proven experience with HVAC Commercial Service, with specific expertise in refrigeration
- EPA and RMGA certification preferred
- Must be professional
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test. For the safety and respect of our customers, GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment-no smoking or vaping.
