The Senior Human Resources Manager for the Excavation Division manages a broad scope of responsibilities that includes support for U.S. Manufacturing Operations, our European Design Center and global Product Management organizations. In addition, this role helps to set the division HR strategy and govern strategic HR initiatives and is responsible for division people processes including performance management, advanced compensation/total rewards, HR analytics and mobility programs.
This role partners with leaders at all levels globally to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives and provides leadership across core HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The position requires strong consulting capability, data‑driven decision making, strong global collaboration and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.

What You Will Do:
- Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation and benefits and organization design.
- Align HR policies and programs for the division, facility or region which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of 5-10 HR professionals to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.
- Develop and implement change management methods and materials to facilitate deployment of HR programs and processes within a specific organization.
What You Will Have:
- Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
