Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Airplane Programs/Manufacturing and Safety Human Resources (HR) has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) in Renton, WA, Everett, WA, or Auburn, WA.  This position is responsible for supporting the BCA Airplane Programs (AP)/Manufacturing and Safety (MS&Q) HR team to integrate and lead the talent priorities, processes and operating rhythm to meet business goals and commitments. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 Generalists to find the best fit for the position.

This BCA HR Strategy and Integration role is responsible for administering and deploying Human Resources programs, policies and processes with integration of HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Relationship management to effectively leverage and build relationships with key stakeholders, initiative, active engagement and operational planning to the organizations strategic plan and priorities are critical for the responsibilities of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and build organizational plans; partner with the BCA AP/MS&Q HR Director on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives

  • Interface with corporate HR team on requested deliverables and meeting preparation 

  • Understand and support Boeing Commercial Airplanes business environment and priorities

  • Work with HR data systems, ensure accuracy, then summarize, analyze, and distill data to convey meaningful insights and trends, enabling informed decision-making for BCA AP/MS&Q HR Director and broader HR team

  • Develop and prepare business level requirements and standards in conjunction with HRG/HR Operations team

  • Ensure alignment between the function, business and enterprise priorities, and facilitate leaders through associated solutions and decision

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the BCA AP/MS&Q HR Director

  • Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings

  • Review and track performance against priorities, business plans and budget

  • Develop BCA AP/MS&Q HR operating rhythm, communication plans, tracking status and own standard tools

  • Oversee and project manage programs/events in support of the team including design, logistics, agenda planning and standard operating rhythm

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, and/or a related role (e.g. project management, market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, facilitating strategic decisions)

  • Experience leading a team in a formal and/or informal role, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to global audiences

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with office tools such as Boeing Generative AI, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual content development

  • Experience in developing long-term people strategies and being a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team

  • Experience with business and/or HR operations and processes

  • Experience navigating through complex situations and drive to efficient, effective and timely solutions

  • Experience in leading teams, influencing, taking complex bu
