The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) - Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Berkeley, MO or Oklahoma City, OK.
The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation to drive business value and create a best-in-class employee experience. The selected candidate will be a self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an action-based problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy, practices, and processes. They will also have strong relationship management skills and business acumen with overall curiosity of the business.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in this role will be responsible for partnering with senior engineering leaders to lead initiatives that align with our business objectives, including workforce planning and talent management, while fostering a culture of belonging, innovation and accelerated learning. This HRBP will also help support HR leadership in deploying HR processes and practices across the HRBP team. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully galvanizing teams to achieve common goals.

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership teams to create talent and HR strategies that support business objectives including talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning and talent management
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement and driving employee centric solutions
- Coach employees at all levels including management and senior leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, drive solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Address HR-related issues, consulting with management to develop cohesive, business-focused strategies that mitigate organizational risk
- Act in a leadership role across HRBP team to support deployment of HR processes, practices and initiatives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 3+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues
- 3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Human Resources certification(s)
- Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis
