Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled, experienced Human Capital Strategy Senior Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics (VA OAL). The candidate will provide end-to-end Human Capital support to the office, LMI teammates, and other contracted staff on this unique program. The analyst must be organized, confident in their abilities to interact with senior leaders, and steadfast in their commitment to showcase impacts to Human Capital initiatives impacting the broader organization amidst change and transformation. The work is largely remote but could include minimal travel.

Responsibilities
- Provide specific communications and change expertise for projects requiring high-level analytical assignments
- Perform change management tasks independently, and direct the efforts of others
- Participate in or lead the development of communications deliverables and content
- Anticipate client change management needs and formulate solutions to client issues
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of consulting experience
- At least 2 years of client-facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to write and present clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Federal government contracting experience
- Change management experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) experience
- Masters in Business, communications, or journalism
- Prior consulting experience, in a team lead and client-facing capacity
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
