Senior HRIS Analyst

In this role, you'll provide a technical expertise to analyze, design, implement, and maintain applications in support of Netsmart’s operational needs.

• Primary resource for troubleshooting and resolution of end user issues. Prioritize, and log request items. Escalate and partner with Business System Administrators to bring ticket to resolution.  

• Responsible for HR System data integrity including auditing, partnering with other organizations audits meet specific requirements. Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure system data consistency and accuracy. 

• Project management of HR Systems and Operations team year end and year begin checklist critical ensure strong Associate system experience. 

• Responsible for program management of all Workday and maintenance windows.  

• Assist Business System Administrators in project management of complex system projects.  

• Design and develop customized reports, dashboards using Workday's reporting tools. 

• Partner with Business System Administrators in working with business leaders and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and identify requirements for Workday projects.  Collaborate to develop options, identify pros and cons, and drive toward resolution.  

• Complete operational system configurations using existing standard offering solutions for the business. Execute unit testing including coordination of system testing and user acceptance testing.  

 

Qualifications 

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• Minimum of 3 year of experience with required business systems (i.e. Workday, UKG, Oracle). 

• Minimum of 3 year of experience analyzing and reporting data in a clear, organized format 

• Minimum of 3 year of experience with reporting tools and techniques for business systems and related data from multiple systems and sources. 

• Proficient in end user systems documentation 

• Understanding of underlying data structure and workflow capabilities of SaaS application 

• Experience in form and workflow design
