The Senior Growth Engineers will be responsible for the following:1. Automate data integration processes between LogRocket's SaaS offering and sales/CRM products (e.g. Salesforce); 2. Develop, test, and monitor new features for LogRocket's website and other marketing systems using JavaScript and Python; 3. Collaborate with LogRocket's growth marketing team to design, implement, and analyze the results of statistical optimizations (e.g. A/B tests); 4. Develop and maintain LogRocket's data pipeline using Python, JavaScript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services; and 5. Develop continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) systems to deploy changes to LogRocket's website and other marketing systems.
Telecommuting is an option.
Job Requirements:Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related engineering field and at least three (3) years of work experience in backend or full-stack web application, API development, and application architecture. Employer also requires the following:
1. Demonstrated ability performing data engineering experience, including ETL (extract, transform, load) workflows and high-volume data management systems, e.g., a data warehouse or data lake, gained through at least two years of work experience; 2. Demonstrated ability with integrating data management systems with BI (business intelligence) tools gained through at least one year of work experience; 3. Demonstrated ability with developing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for deploying software, including VCS integration, implementation of testing automation, and monitoring/telemetry gained through at least two years of work experience; and 4. Demonstrated ability with data-streaming or event-driven services such as Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Google PubSub, or a similar technology gained through at least one year of work experience.
All experience may be gained concurrently.This position qualifies for the employer’s employee referral incentive program.
